Not prompted to 'Name workflow' after completing workflow recording

Recorded two different workflows and both times, after clicking 'End Recording' the workflow appears in the uncategorized area as 'Untitled' without having been prompted to name/categorize workflow

After workflow is deleted, new workflows are not able to be named that same name

I had a workflow named 'Test' that I had deleted. I created a new workflow and, when trying to name it 'Test' it said I couldn't use that name
